Corey B. Davis
Corey is a respected executive, strategic advisor and an investment banker who brings 20 years of transaction experience, both in M&A and capital raising, exclusively focused on the financial services sector.
Throughout his career, he has advised on over $14 billion of M&A and capital raising transactions for his clients. After having worked at several bulge bracket firms, Corey founded Barrington Capital Advisors, LLC, a research and advisory practice where he advised financial institutions, hedge funds and other small to medium sized businesses. Previously, he was a Vice President of both Business Development and Institutional Sales at The Receivables Exchange, a Bain Capital Ventures backed company. Prior to that, he was an investment banker in the Financial Institutions practice at Banc of America Securities, Credit Suisse First Boston (through its acquisition of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette) and J.P. Morgan Securities.
Corey has public and private company board experience. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Park Insurance Company, a specialty property and casualty insurance company based in New York. He was also on the Board of Applied Natural Gas Fuels, Inc. He has advised several non-profit boards including the Museum of American Finance and the I Have a Dream Foundation, both based in New York City.
Corey graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance with distinction from Georgetown University and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Graduate School of Business. He is an avid golfer and was a distance runner at the Division I level while at Georgetown.
