James O’Neill brings more than two decades of investment banking and capital markets experience. Over the course of his career, he has executed more than 500 transactions representing over $30 billion in aggregate value, spanning equity, debt, and hybrid financings for emerging growth companies and institutional clients.

He previously served as Co-Head of Healthcare and Head of Capital Markets at JonesTrading, where he advised public and private companies on strategic financings, capital formation, and growth transactions. He held senior investment banking roles at Oppenheimer & Co. and Roth Capital Partners.
